永遠記的, 先保護自己在保護別人
聽起來很自私, 但是你自己都顧不好怎麼能顧別人呢?
同理, 國外能給你完整的證人保護, 講求證據, 對方就算要凹是你撞的但是雙方車子的烤漆沒有轉移, 這就已經足夠證明你的清白, 加上無罪推定制, 除非證明有罪否則一律當成無罪處理
台灣不然, 連警察都有想快點結案硬吃路人的前例, 加上一些司法根本就是情-法, 理字都不見了, 就算不是你的錯但是還是要賠一點這樣. 而部分司法人員根本就是有罪推定, 一口咬定四下無人作證, 就是你撞的, 不然幹嘛打電話? 這前提下我當然不想惹事.
就算過了司法這一關遇到一些很XX 的家屬八成也會天天來鬧, 鬧得不只你連同鄰居都雞犬不寧...
舉例來說吧, 有個人想自殺, 在黑夜裡突然衝到路中間距離我太近煞車不及撞死他, 然後我的車頭受損...
再外國我有很高的機率可以拍拍屁股從警局閃人外加免費修車/甚至換車, 狗屎運一點再告對方家屬要精神賠償, 在台灣我大概要自己掏腰包修車/ 買車外加包個白包給死者家屬...
看到不同了嗎?
