一直搞不懂
為什麼只要人多就當
這是不願意花錢還是技術問題? (apache or iis?)

對企業軟體開發沒實務經驗, 不過我想都是吧  .....畢竟在確保資料庫在同時執行的一致性是困難的, 不容易向外擴展, 但是依硬體向上擴展卻是有極限而且代價也高. 通常如何應付高負載的問題是智慧財產的一部份, 端看包這軟體公司的功力了~
