炸完再烤真的是大絕.......烤肉攤散出來的香味不是單純炸物能比的
鹹酥雞用炸的...這當然一定要點
雞鴨腸子,玉米,豬血糕,米腸 先過油炸一下
再塗上辣味烤肉醬∼烘烤數分鐘 ...天啊 ~~~ 好吃到爆!
連看似平凡無奇的整片甜不辣與方塊豆干 ...烤過以後都變人間美味!
這些年來,我花在烤炸攤的錢可能有好幾萬了~~~哎
