Is this your best shot? Don't bother to reply, if you can not write a short article. The whole purpose of language is "communcation".

In other words, a person who knows perfect grammer, remember plenty of words; however, he/she can not write a good article to explain his/her point of view. If the above statement describes the average Taiwan students, then, my question is - "what is the point to learn a language, which can not be used as communcation tool?"
