Basically, you are able to download flash files by particular softwares such as "flash got", a extension, which is attached with FireFox browser.

Do you mean "FlashGet"? It's not good for getting the embedded flash files. It's a download manager (for files, pictures etc)
I use "Download Embeded" add-on in Firefox. But there are other similar ones for the same job.
