這是老外的版本，減少PG自幹修正AI

大概是說：
1. reduce the dunking ability of powerplayer(but still can dunk)
減少Power動作的威力，但還是可以灌
2. reduce the dunking ability of highflyer(but still can dunk)
減少飛人動作的威力，但還是可以灌
3. improve stealing ability
增加抄截能力
4. improve the no. of assist of players
增加助攻次數（我想應該是指電腦方）
5. reduce the no. of rebound of big men
降低長人的籃板數
6. fix some layup or dunking distance(acceptable)
修正上籃跟灌籃距離
7. fix PG or SG take most of the shots(now depend on primacy 1st)
修正PG、SG主導大部分的進攻，改為由primacy設定最高的球員主導
8. and fix some problem and further control of the gameplay
9. CPU teamplay strategy added to outstand starplayer's ability
電腦方增加凸顯明星動作球員的戰略
（是這個意思嗎，用了以後感覺電腦切明星動作變靈活了）



大陸版的我之前也用過，不過我用的是「PG最后版」，純修PG，沒有修灌籃的版本
現在我正在試用老外版~~~
