"A red bar means misfortune, a green bar represents luck. Maximum misfortune and maximum luck are both 25%t. That means that the troops of the attacker have become at most 25% weaker or stronger."

簡單來說就是發動攻擊時，己方軍隊會有一定比例的人數會變強或是變弱，綠色的bar就表示你的部隊變強，紅色就表示變弱。變強或變弱的比例最高只會到總部隊數目的25%。至於變強或變弱到底是強到怎樣的地步或是弱成怎樣的情形，這個....我就不清楚了
