小弟之前買了一款THQ出品的遊戲"TITAN QUEST",此遊戲號稱取代暗黑破壞神,關於遊戲的表現我是不太懂得評論,不過我個人是覺得很好玩啦。
話說後來解任務時,遇到了BUG導致無法進行任務,我先跟代理商反應,代理商說我只能重新玩一遍,所以我就再寫信給THQ總部,他們一開始是回信說我的信寄錯部門了,他們是負責處理美國和加拿大的。
後來我就懶得再寫了,沒想到剛剛收到MAIL,他們又寄信來告訴我解決的辦法。
感動之餘,決定表揚他們一下。
底下是我們信件往返的內容

Please help me.
I am playing the game "TITAN QUEST".
When I bring the "HAND OF BALANCE" and the "EYE OF
CHAOS" to Imhotep in Memphis.
The game was crashed and when I restarted the game I
found I lost the hand and the eye.
But the mission was not over.
Imhotep says nothing to me.
I can not go to the next step to finish the game.
I contact with the agent in my country and they said
they cannot help me.

Thank you for contacting THQ Support.
You can work around this by going to your **C:\Documents and Settings\your_name\My Documents\My Games\TitanQuest\SaveData\main\Character_name_here\Levels_world_world01.map**
In this folder you will see a bunch of .que files, and two files with a .MYW extension. They are called **QuestToken.MYW** and **Quest.MYW**. If you delete those two files, you can run the last quest you need to fix once again, and everything should trigger properly.
******IMPORTANT****** Make sure to delete the same two files in the backup folder as well, otherwise the game will just refresh your quest token files and you'll still be stuck. This *WILL* remove previous quests from your quest log, but the quest will continue from the spot you're at, and shouldn't affect future quests. So you shouldn't have to redo all the quests, just do the one you are having problems with once more time and you'll be back on track.
Make a copy of your save folder and paste it to another location as a backup, in case you delete the wrong files or if this doesn't work for you, although it should.
