這種哇沙米看的出來顏色, 用粉去泡出來顏色很鮮艷, 真的磨的比較暗淡一點.
而且這不算黑心吧, 小弟在日本餐廳上班, 客人有些還比較喜歡這種粉泡的.
因為比較嗆, 這道理大概跟選擇去買咖啡豆回家自己磨還是買即容咖啡自己泡.
在美國吃過好多家日本餐廳, 幾乎都是用這種粉泡的, 不用磨的也有原因是保存必易, 而且真的不夠嗆.
