不大瞭解為何翻譯中要出現"平坦"的字眼？SPR一定要有 metal and material ，不過好像沒有要"平坦"的要求吧？作者是唸機械or生科or光電的嗎？
另，前文中，" nanosizing " 的意思我也覺得應是 nano scale material 量測的可行性，而不是把該項裝置微小化。
