She is a 26 years old woman, appears her age. The first two meetings with the patient she was sedated secondary to the benzodiazepine overdose. Initially her speech was slurred but has improved. She has reached full alertness. She is oriented. Memory and concentration are intact. Thinking is organized. No hallucinations or delusions. She relates feelings of low self worth, feeling discouraged although she has become more hopeful during her hospital stay. She is denying suicidal ideas now. Mood had appeared depressed with tearful affect.
