I tried FSB 200 for few times , unstable, that is why I choose FSB 166x12.5 = 2084 1.475V ok [Balance for power and speed], since I only want 1.475v, I don’t want high temperature and noise.
If you use 166x16.5=2739, that is more than enough, may be you couldn’t even reach there, but your FKT4C is a DTR, 1.65v, so it may be different from FQQ4C.
I said few times before, the mobile CPU behavior is unpredictable.
