工作證來說，基本上如果還有位子，而你又是正當的申請，又有公司擔保的話，是不會被拒簽的
工作證和綠卡可以同步申請（如果公司願意擔保你）
或者拿到工作證後的一年去申請
如果是大公司的話，通常都會有自己的律師來辦
好運的話，綠卡會在２、３年內批准
不好運的話，大概４、５年左右
但是這些都是假設你本身是專業為準
拿到了綠卡後５年可以申請公民，表格是４年又９個月遞進去
之後大約４到６個月就會被通知面試（ＩＮＳ剛把這個本來拖個好幾年的步驟縮短了許多）
