ATI將會出三種R520卡, 最頂級的是R520XT, 核心時脈600MHz, 16管線, 記憶體跑1.4GHz,目前這片卡應該很難買到, 因為良率比較低, 3DMark05分數應該在7千多分, 與7800GTX接近, 再來就是R520PRO, 時脈跑550MHz, 記憶體跑1.25GHz, 這片卡良率不錯,應該可以大量生產, 同樣也是16管線, 第三片是R520XL, 時脈500MHz, 記憶體跑1GHz, 價格應該會比較便宜, 同樣會大量生產也是16管線...順便一提R520已經正式支援Shader Model 3.0了. R520會以16管高時脈與NVIDIA卡應戰.
