一定是你的TMPGEnc設定調成超高標準
以同樣的轉檔標準，怎麼可能慢winavi 12倍這麼多

我已經把設定寫得很清楚, 這個是接近最高品質的設定。

還有CPU設定:
Enable MMX = True
Enable MMX-2 = True
Enable SSE = True
Enable SSE-2 = True
Enable 3D Now! = True
Use multi-thread = True

壓完後CPU溫度約44度(只是用風扇, 沒開空調)
