衛星也不是只能照垂直,
理論上來說...衛星可以照到幾近水平的照片...
實際上會因為地形的因素而被干擾
但是仍然不侷限一定要在正上方,沒看到上面三峽大壩,第二組照片就是有傾斜的嗎?
