If you purchase a Dell from US, only the 3-year Warranty Plan from Small Business (not Home) will cover international. The notebook price for Small Business is more expensive than Home. The 3-year warranty is around US$200 more, from what I remember.
But I believe the price for the machine itself, buying it from US is still the cheapest in the world.
