所有的坦克都不適合都市戰,一發RPG從樓上轟下來,M1A2也會爆
總之就算有計畫,一定會再快要完成時,資料被間諜帶走,然後就被強迫關閉,或是提供同性質的武器打壓,然後會因為有錢A所以計畫被迫中止
加上,很多人都短視近利(天性使然?),怕投資沒有辦法回收,或是研發失敗會下臺
殊不知就算計畫失敗,其中的經驗與技術是無價的
結果造成了經國號戰機的研發人才出走等等荒唐事...
人才已外流,這樣還有能力繼續研發嗎?
