Advance Replacement Option (ARO)
When this option is selected, the customer requests that Seagate ship a replacement drive when the order is placed. The replacement drive will be shipped to the customer before the drive to be returned is actually received by Seagate.
基本意思應該是"Seagate會在尚未收到損壞硬碟前，先寄一顆替代的硬碟給用戶使用"
