有時可開機，有時不行...這是出現的藍底白字畫面，沒相機，只好全部keyin上了..

If this is the first time you've seen this sop error screen, restart your computer.
If this screen appear again, follow these step:

check to make sure any new hardward or software is properly installed
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windpws updates you might need

If problem continue disable or remove any uewly instaled hardward or
software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as cachingor shadowing

If you need to use safe moe to remove or disable components,
restart your computer, press F8 to selsct Advconced startup options,
and then select Safe Mode

它大概說win怎樣的所以關機阻止...

下面有提到更新還有安全模式和remove之類的
可是我除了有更新以外其他都不是很了解...
有人可以替我解釋一下上面到底在寫什麼嗎..還有如何處裡
