我在 creat RMA時碰到以下問題要回答...但是小弟能力不足,怕答錯了,所以來問問各位題目在問什麼??
1. Was this hard disk drive purchased in a system?
這顆硬碟是整組電腦一起買的?
2. Has this hard disk drive been in your system less than 30 days?
這顆硬碟作為你的系統碟少於30天?
3. Has this hard disk drive previously been replaced?
這顆硬碟之前送修過?
4. Is this the first time that you are installing this hard disk drive?
這是你第一次安裝這顆硬碟?
(是指我第一次裝硬碟還是這顆硬碟第一次被裝啊???...太繞口了)
~應該是指這顆硬碟第一次被安裝
5. Has this hard disk drive ever worked in a system?
這顆硬碟曾經在系統中使用嗎? (是指當系統碟還是第二顆硬碟呢?)
~這應該是說這顆硬碟有沒有在系統中使用過,只要有使用都算,無論是系統碟或資料碟
6. Is the hard disk drive spinning?
這題我看不懂耶@@

7. Are you experiencing bad sectors, clusters or partitioning errors?
你對壞軌ˋ叢集ˋ或是磁區錯誤有經驗嗎?
8. Is the hard disk drive recognized by the system?
這個硬碟系統有通過系統認證嗎???(這是什麼意思啊?????)
~應該是指這顆硬碟系統認不認的出來,抓不抓的到吧^^
9. Have you tried to run our drive fitness test (DFT) utility?
你曾經嘗試使用我們的DFT工具來測試嗎??
