I have not try nu163 to Benq1620. I did use this flasher convert 1610 to 1600 ,1620 & back to 1610. They all work. Because 1610 is different from 1620 in hardware. After flash the 1610 dont funtion. I just flash back. In your case, if you sure the two drive are the same, it should work. If not, just flash back to nu163 with your back up firmware.
