tv-out的問題，有2個檔案設定
geexbox-generator-xx\iso\GEEXBOX\etc\mplayer\mplayer.conf
screenw=640
screenh=480

另一個是
geexbox-generator-xx\iso\GEEXBOX\etc\tvout
TV_RES="640,480"
