If your Gif Animator 5 has an error on loading after install of a Codec Pack then you have probably got the same problem as me.

If you take a look at the error info and "3ivxDSEncoder.ax" is listed then the only way i know at this time to rectify this problem is to rename that file.
it can be found by using search on your system, Or look in system 32 folder.
Once found rename that file to "3ivxDSEncoder.ax1" But remember that this may cause your Codec pack to error as well, Unknown at this time.
There is defernetly a conflict between them.

I have renamed that file and now my Gif Animator is working fine
