TO：Arucueid 不好意思，造成您的困擾。我們會多加注意的。只是有時候，我們也實在無法替其他航空公司做主，因為牽扯到理賠問題。至於加航要怎麼說，我們也無法約束就是了。不好意思喔！

航空公司之間的問題這我了解,那是高層的問題.
但是,放這我們這邊的幾個不通英文的旅客不管自己收攤休息?
好歹也過來幫忙翻譯吧?
雖然我自己通英文,當時還充當臨時翻譯...~"~
這是我希望貴公司能改進的地方
加上當時因溝通不良,場面有點火爆
若是能居中協調,也能加速處理的流程,同時有助貴公司在外的形象
