先改良Prescott的製程以改善漏電的情況...
90nm不該熱到這種地步...90nm主打的除了降低成本外,同時還有較低的耗電
若是製程良好,就算時脈拉高,也該跟NW的差不多才對...
但是,已經到了D0製程,似乎還沒改善~"~
