c) Open Ifoedit and load all the .ifo files from the "Original DVD" folder
one at a time, starting with the first one (VTS_01_0.IFO) and finising
with the last one,就是展開VTS_01_0.IFO後點選最後的VTS_VOBU_ADMAP
再VOB Extract，然後重複上述動作完成其餘的VTS_0x_0.IFO，記得不要動到VIDEO_TS.IFO
