給各位一點建議:
首先,創造帳號的時候,盡量避免使用字典上有的字,或是人名加數字的帳號...
像我曾以人名註冊過,從註冊好才短短十五分鐘,信箱就多了20封垃圾信 ~"~
建議是用日文拼音,像我最近申請的一個,已經兩個月了還是乾乾淨淨... 
接著,名稱越長越好,越長就越難用字典猜...若是加上日文的拼音...嘿嘿~
不過要以自己能記憶為前提
在來,不要隨便申請服務,有一些不肖的公司會把收到的的e-mail拿出去賣,各位的信箱大多是這樣被流出去的
