應該是考慮到每個位元組在傳輸時，每個位元組前後各要加進一個位元，分別為起使位元跟終止位元，
所以實際討論時是要除以10的，號稱56kbps的傳輸速度能有個5K左右就差不多了，
剩下那一丁點就要考慮到網路上其他一些連線狀況，能跑5KB/S就算全速了。
