我個人認為可以以維和部隊的名義派兵過去,
主要原因是可以累積增進實戰經驗,也可以找出目前制度與裝備上的缺失
也可以藉機告訴中共一個信息:我們不是不敢打,是不想打,
也許可以間接達到嚇阻的效果
但是國內的觀念也是...  (汗)
想當初我們的海軍陸戰隊的戰力足以殲滅菲律賓全軍...現在...唉...
