這各回答只對了後半 , 正確的應該是
「座頭」指的是盲人，也是盲官的一個職稱
或 指剃了髮的盲人，以彈琴、按摩、針炙等維生
並沒有僧侶級別之意
也就是說
『座頭』是指以說唱，按摩等為業的剃了頭髮的盲人。
『市』是男主角的名字。
以前日本的平民沒有姓氏，
為了區分，就會有『職業』加上 ソ 加上『名字』方式的稱呼
(其實本來應該是 座頭ソ市)

應該是「姊弟」吧 
唉這片本來要跟同學一群人去, 沒想到昨天看片單, 只剩兩家能看的戲院有放...  樂聲跟欣欣
