剛剛跑到 Samsung 發了一封 Mail，希望自許為高質感的Samsung可以給一個比較好的解釋，為什麼那麼多人的 Samsung CRT 都有類似的問題。

Dear Samsung,

I am your consumer of 700 NF products. After only a year , my monitor 700NF begins to occur surface coating fall off . I have asking a Samsung agent in Taiwan about repair fee and find out it is very expensive and unreasonable price . Eventually , I have to give up an idea to repair this monitor .

But , recently when I surf Internet , I find out this is pretty common problem with 700IFT/900IFT/700NF/900NF in your Samsung product , but for other brand such as ViewSonic , Philips , Eizo .. etc , they don't have this kind defect , even they do have . it only cause a little fee to repair this damage . it really make people suspect Samsung quality control , restriction and service .

While Samsung increase brand value of yourself product , in the meanwhile , hope Samsung also can respect consumer’s thoughts of your product and provide more quality product and satisfied service to consumer .
