要用 +R/RW 或 -R/RW 燒...得要看你家的機子吃啥片~~
有的機子是來者不拒...有的是挑片吃~~
我家的機子是挑片吃而且要看心情~~ 
可以po一下你 DVD player的型號嗎??
至於你第二個問題...我沒法回答你...
因為我個人不喜歡看到一半換片~~(這樣就不像DVD了)
我都直接用 DVD Shrink 將 D9-->D5-->燒錄~~
