自 1.0.0 beta1 (Aloha) 以來，XviD 1.0.0 beta2 的更新
* xvidcore
- MPEG4 compliance is back (beta1 was missing the VOS header),
- matrix quantization is finally thread safe,
- improved vop type decision,
- 2pass2 plugin: min key interval was a misleading name. It's been
renamed to kfthreshold. And as the kfthresholding
behavior was a bit too aggressive, it's been
disabled until we decide how it should behave w/o
hurting quality,
- single plugin: fixed quant capping,
- interlacing artefacts fixed.

* VFW fontend:
- some misuses of xvidcore were fixed,
- min key frame widget renamed and moved to the 2pass panel.

* Debian package:
- small errors in the control file reported and fixed by
Nicolas Boos <nicolas(dot)boos{at}wanadoo[dot]fr>.

* xvidcore 核心的更新
- bitstream 加回漏掉的 VOSH，現在 MS FDAM 可以解碼不會當掉（重要更新）
- 現在 MPEG matrix 終於是 thread safe，不會像以前那樣，
同時播放兩個不同 matrix 的影片會發生錯誤（重要更新）
- 改進動作搜尋的一些 threshold，以及 frame type 的判斷決策（重大更新）
- 以前的 min key interval 現在改名為 kfthreshold，同時意義也不同，
由於 kfthreshold 的設定太超過會嚴重傷害影片品質，
所以在討論結果出來之前先暫時關閉這個參數的作用
- 現在 CBR 壓縮，quantizer 會遵守使用者限制的範圍
- 交錯壓縮模式修復，可以和 B-frame 一起使用（重大更新）

其他，不重要
