我用的卡是 嵩剛 的 電視王牌 + Windvr3.0
我家的cable有裝強波器~~~
其他台都很清楚...但是就是轉到東森電影台時...畫面一開始有斜紋...
接著他就自己跳成清晰的畫面...但是再轉到其他台時~~
都變成了有斜紋出現~~~只有東森電影台最清楚~~~ 
不知道有沒有人遇到跟我一樣的問題~~~是Windvr 3.0 的問題
還是東森電影台本身訊號有問題呢???
