針對以下:

雖然馬上發信請求你們取消從未出現在order status非我親自下訂，數量不正確的此筆訂單。信件編號[T2003110501D6S010Z286501]
而隔天也收到回信已經取消#21564487的訂單。

另外，直到今天我收到貨品，看到訊息單，

希望未來如果合併訂單了也請顯示在order status上面，因為這筆錯誤數量的訂單一直沒有顯示出來，等到我收到寄出通知信已經來不及修正了
還有請取消現在order status上面顯示的#21565917...

On the following day, I received your reply that order # 21564487 is cancelled.

However, today I received 2 copies of order # 21564487. But like I mentioned earlier, there are 2 copies that have not been shipped out. Since I have already paid shipping cost of $8.95, I like to place 2 additional copies under the same order # 21564487, without being charged for shipping cost.

Upon receipt the shipment today, I realized that you have actually merged order #21559848 and #21563670. In the future, please indicate clearly if you are merging orders together. Due to the fact that this incorrect order never appear in the order status, I was unable to make changes when I received your shipment notice. Please also cancel order #21565917...
