我不知道台灣有哪些好的牌子，但如果是很便宜的話，效果真的沒那麼好。而且也不需要服用太高的劑量﹐最多３００到５００ＭＧ就好了，如果真的熬夜得太厲害的話，才需要去到１０００ＭＧ。
我服用的牌子是ＧＮＣ，非常不錯，可以考慮考慮。
