簡單來說，Seagate不僅應該更換相同容量或更大的硬碟，型號也至少要相同或更新，不能用舊的硬碟換給使用者。
亞銳士給我的說辭說因為更換同型硬碟會比較久，所以才會給我一顆舊型的，既然我無法接受，所以他們會再換一顆同型的給我，不過還要等一陣子......
早知道就自己寄新加坡維修了  |
