As I know what you did is all wrong because you
use EEROM value of another drive to cover on your
own drive, but write power value are vary on different
drives, so that may cause many write problems.
I suggest keep using 401s firmware, because there's
no warranty after drive "upgraded".

據說每台燒錄器的調整值都不同,其數據應當是寫在出廠時燒錄器的eeprom上

How to do it:
1. Remove the CD from Recorder, if it is inside.
2. Start LtnFlash, choose LITE-ON DVD+RW LDW-401S, and backup firmware and EEPROM !!!.
3. Flash the drive with EEPROM 411S.
4. After flash EEPROM, flash 411S firmware.
5. Open your drive's backup EEPROM in hex editor. I do it in WinHex.
6. Find string LITE-ON DVD+RW LDW-401S and change it in LITE-ON DVDRW LDW-411S.
7. Write patched EEPROM in drive.
Don't change sequence of steps. Because it will not works.
And thats all! It's works!!!
Remember, you flash it for your own risk.

You can also use: LiteOn LDW-401S to 411S - EEPROM Patcher to patch your 401S EEPROM.

意思是說使用winhex把原先備份的401s的eeprom檔案中的LiteOn LDW-401S字串改成
411s再寫回燒錄器,這樣可使改成411s後的燒錄器可以沿用出廠時的雷射功率調整值,以上純供參考
