用WinDVR3-錄影最好畫質MPEG2(720*576 25frames/sec Pal), it is said the Bit Rate is 7200 KBits/sec;
但用 TMPGEnc 來看 他, it is said the Bit Rate is 11059KBps (It is also said the file is 720*576 25frames/sec Pal).
Who is correct?? How to calculate the Bit Rate??
How to fix this problem??


PS: The bit Rate of sound part is same in WINDVR and TMPGEnc.
Since TMPGenc said that the bit rate is too high ( more than 8000kBps) , it can't be work in all general DVD Player.
