I just flashed my 401s - first the eeprom.bin then the 411s-firmware. Next, I switched off RPC-protection.
My LED's are definately not blinking after the update.
The drive shows up as 411s properly.
I did some testing and the drive burned DVD+R and DVD+RW without any problems.
