If you are currently using the Nero demo version, then you do not need to download any update.

Just type in the above serial number in the menu "Help->Enter new serial number..." (Nero 5.5 only). Or, depending on the demo version you have, you might also type in the serial number directly or wait for your demo version to expire. In this case a window will appear allowing you to enter your serial number.
