所以我覺得「二手片」跟「賣一區片的商人」最大不同處就是在「營利行為」, 這樣子的話應該一般民眾就不會受到影響了...

之前我也是這樣想...但是某位網友告知...所謂營利行為就是有金錢上的買賣...
就算你買 NT$1000000... 然後只賣 NT$ 1 都算是營利...
所以別太天真了...
