Thank you for your recent e-mail. We are sorry you have experienced difficulties with "The Hire" Collector's Edition DVD.

>From the issue you described in your email, either the DVD was somehow damaged during shipping or, the NTSC DVD may not be compatible with your particular DVD player.

Whatever the case, if you respond to this email with your name and complete shipping address we will send you an additional DVD free of charge. In the event the additional DVD still does not operate properly, our apologies, but the DVD simply may not be compatible with your particular player. You can expect four to six weeks for delivery of your additional DVD.

Please note the DVD is complimentary and the nominal shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable. However, if you have ordered multiple DVDs and the new DVD works properly with your equipment, please contact us and we will replace all damaged DVDs.
