CPU: 48C-Idle, 60-Load
System: 35C

Bios setting:
CPU core voltage: 1.6v
Ram voltage: 2.8v
250 FSB
CPU/Ram ratio: 5:4
CAS:2
RAS:2
CAS to RAS:3
Cycle:6

After i read some articles from this forum and found out people have their cpu oc from 2.4 to 3.2 with temp always under 35C. Can someone tell me how you can do that?? What do i need to change in Bios to get more Mhz? And how can I lower my CPU temp???
