嘻嘻...我也素受害者(沒想到有人跟我一樣)....唉!!只有一個字SORRY..沒誠意解決..

We are sorry for your torment which bring on by our product.
I will try to respond your question below:
1. It can't fix with 1.6" high hard-disk.....(I hope you'll solve for me..different from your answer)
Sorry, I have try the real product to fill by 1.6" hard disk, but answer was negative. It only can fill by ordinary hard disk.
2. The holes both sides which can't attach to case very smoothly..
The specification of DHC-U43 was follow up the common standard. I need to know what model you have, and I will try the problem again.
3. The fan is very silent , but high frequency noise issue from it sometimes..
The high-frequency noise was undeniable and have no alternative, because the model of the fan to lead to.
When the begin that we design this product, noise issue was our main demand. So we choice this model of the fan.
Certainly !! The next time we re-design this product, we will put this misgivings in our planning.
4. To clean the filter is dangerous..Cause of the panel outside is not smooth..
Ouch !! I feel the edge of the front panel wasn't awful smooth too. I will ask our manufacture department to improve this issue.
