微軟 OS 的確很早支援 FAT32，但是，對於 > 32G 的磁區與對於 > 32G 的硬碟，不同時期有不同限制... (讀寫則沒遇到問題)

至於磁區處理，目前比較常見就是 SPFDISK、pq partition magic。前者比較難；後者圖形化介面，對於一般使用者來說會比較方便 (當然，也有其他類似程式)。


PS：
因為小弟沒用 Windows 的磁碟管理處理 > 32G 硬碟/磁區，所以不清楚實際狀況 ()。但官方的說法為：
「You cannot format a volume larger than 32 gigabytes (GB) in size using the FAT32 file system during the Windows XP installation process. Windows XP can mount and support FAT32 volumes larger than 32 GB (subject to the other limits), but you cannot create a FAT32 volume larger than 32 GB by using the Format tool during Setup. If you need to format a volume that is larger than 32 GB, use the NTFS file system to format it. Another option is to start from a Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) Startup disk and use the Format tool included on the disk. 」。雖然很怪，可是上面的確是這樣寫的，翻成中文，就是「XP 無法 Format > 32G 磁區，但可以 Mount 與存取。亦可用 98 或 Me 的開機片來 Format > 32G 磁區」
