Preferred Method of Service: Repair
Repair warranty service option requires that you ship your product to ATI for repair or replacement.

Once it has been serviced, it will be returned to you via courier.

Please allow up to 10 working days after the product has been received in the RMA Service department before the product is returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE: In all cases, you the customer are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the defective product to ATI. ATI will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product to the customer.
