Your CPU has the same potential as mine.
2.2GHz needs 1.6v
2.3GHz needs 1.675v
2.4GHz 1.775v
2.46GHz 1.85v
2.51GHz 1.9v

I have tested it with Prime 95 for 12hours to ensure the stability.

But the max oc speed with 100% stability is 11x 224FSB 2.46GHz on Epox 8K5A2+ & 2x512MB Kingston CH6 DDR333 @ 224FSB 3.2v Turbo setting.
You should be able to run it at 2.46G too.
I am using Thermalright AX7 only.
