我剛才把Amazon客服回我的信在仔細看了一遍,發現他說STL是用來分享給朋友的,不是用來大量散發用的,對照之前我收到的stl mail,我發現常常有些網友下單分享時,可能開了好幾個網頁或重複place order(因為好友多的話,place order很容易就會出現time out),造成大量散發STL,我就曾收過一個網友10幾封mail都是相同的stl內容,因此我大膽假設可能是這個原因造成我本尊的帳號無法登入STL.....因為....收到太多的STL了...

目前我遵照Amazon客服的建議,縮減好友人數,等一個禮拜後看是否能正常的登入,屆時若還是不行,再跟Amazon客服討論解決方案.

以下是Amazon客服回信的內容,發哥看一下,小弟我是不是有誤解他的意思..

It appears that the trouble you have been experiencing is directly
related to the inordinate number of Share the Love discounts you have
received. Please understand that this program was intended for
customers to send discounts to their friends and family members. It
was not intended to offer mass discounts to large groups of people.

As this is the case, the program was not designed to send out
hundreds of offers at a time, nor was it built to handle discount
offer pages with hundreds of items. It also was not design to handle
more than 50 favorite people.

What we suggest is that you reduce your favorite people list to 50 or
less. After you have made this adjustment, allow one week for the
system to be completely updated. If, after a week, you are still
unable to access your Share the Love page, please reply to this
message and we will look into this situation further.

Please note that I have passed your feedback on to the proper people
in our company, as well as the technical staff in charge of this
program. I'm sure they will be interested to hear about your
experience.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your
